Snow Tubing Attendants are responsible for launching snow tubes, directing customers on Snowy Slopes, and organizing snow tubes. Applicants should be dependable, task oriented and friendly, with the goal of giving our guests the best snow tubing experience possible. No snow tubing experience is necessary. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Lift operators are responsible for operating and monitoring our Magic Carpet lifts. Lift operators are responsible for starting, stopping, and adjusting lift speeds, while being attentive to customers who are traveling to the top of the hill. Lift operators must ensure safety guidelines are being followed by all lift riders. No experience is necessary. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Cashiers are responsible for selling tickets, receiving payment from guests and answering guests’ questions. Cashiers must be able to provide excellent customer service while working in our Alpine Village, parking, and in our box office. Additional duties include re-stocking gift shop inventory and reconciling their cash receipts at the end of the night.

Snow play attendants are responsible for monitoring Arctic Igloo snow play & snow tubing activities, including assisting guests with snow tubing on the Bunny Slope and ensuring guests follow snow play rules. Snow play attendants must have a positive attitude and be attentive to all our guests’ needs. The Arctic Igloo is maintained at a temperature of 30 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure our snow remains fresh. Snow play attendants will be provided with cold weather gear, but should be prepared to work for extended periods in the cold of the Arctic Igloo. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Ice skating attendants are responsible for assisting guests with ice skate rentals, monitoring the flow of guests onto & off of the ice ribbon, ensuring guests follow safety guidelines, and assisting guests with any difficulties. Ice skating attendants must be service oriented, positive and attentive to detail. Ice skating attendants who assist guest on the ice ribbon must be able to ice skate. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Food preparers and cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food to guests. Food preparers and cooks must be clean, organized, able to take directions from managers, and have a positive attitude. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired. Food preparers and cooks are eligible for tip sharing.

Concessions staff and bartenders are responsible for selling hot drinks, cold drinks and/or alcoholic beverages. Duties include collecting money, tendering change and completing nightly inventory. Concessions staff and bartenders will be eligible to participate in tip sharing.

Eskimo Outpost hosts are responsible for greeting guests who have rented a private igloo in the Eskimo Outpost, monitoring guests’ experience in the Eskimo Outpost, and preparing private igloos between rental. Eskimo Outpost hosts must have a positive attitude and be eager to help our guests have the best experience possible. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Greeters and door controllers are responsible for greeting guests, scanning tickets at our front gate, reviewing safety and security policies with guests, and admitting guests at the entrance of each attraction. Door controllers must be friendly, while at the same time enforcing rules if guests do not follow the park regulations. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Parking attendants are responsible for guiding guests’ vehicles to the correct parking spaces in our large open parking lots, to maximize our parking capacity. Parking attendants are the first point of interaction at the beginning of our guests’ visit to our park. Safety is very important in the parking lot and you will be required to wear personal protective equipment, which will be provided to you. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Janitors are responsible for keeping our park clean and sanitary for our guests and staff. Janitors must have a positive attitude and must be attentive to detail to ensure our park is kept clean for all guests to enjoy. Janitors are provided with the tools and safety equipment needed to ensure our guests have a safe and clean experience at our park. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Shift leads are responsible for managing operations throughout the park including parking, box office, door control, concessions, security, and attractions. Shift leads will take direction from their manager and assist in training, coaching, and scheduling their staff, all while ensuring they create an exciting atmosphere for guests and fellow staff. Training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.

Security guards are responsible for ensuring guests and fellow staff are safe. Security guards must be able to engage guests in a friendly way, while also ensuring park rules and regulations are followed for everyone’s safety. Prior security experience, training and/or certification is preferred, however training on all aspects of the position will be provided if hired.
